ANNA, Ill. -- Edna Lodema Spurlock, 83, of Anna died Saturday, Feb. 6, 1999, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, Mo.
She was born May 12, 1915, in Elco, Ill., daughter of William Richard and Mary Elizabeth West Harvel. She and Floyd "Frosty" Spurlock were married Nov. 11, 1939, in Jackson. He died Aug. 17, 1991.
Spurlock was a licensed practical nurse. She owned and operated Spurlock Shelter Care, retiring in 1976. She was a member of Gospel Kingdom Church in Jonesboro.
Survivors include a sister, Bertha Lingle of McClure.
Friends may call at Hileman and Parr Funeral Home in Jonesboro from 5-8 p.m. today.
Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Bon Reynolds officiating. Burial will be in Casper Cemetery.
