Edna Irene Schenimann, 79, of 300 Okemah Highway 177 died Saturday, Aug. 26, 1995, at the Lutheran Home in Cape Girardeau.
She was born Feb. 6, 1916, to John and Myrtle Sides Baker at Neelys Landing.
She married Leo G. Schenimann on Feb. 15, 1936, in Cape Girardeau. He preceded her in death in August 1974.
Survivors include a son, John Schenimann of Cape Girardeau; a daughters, Joyce Heise of Cape Girardeau; a brother, John Baker of Maryland Heights; a sister, Nelda Myer of Maryland Heights; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Schenimann was preceded in death by a daughter and three sisters.
She was a housewife and farmer all of her life.
Schenimann was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church of Egypt Mills, the Trinity Lutheran Ladies Aid and a past member of the Trinity Lutheran Altar Guild.
Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today at Ford & Sons Sprigg Street Chapel.
Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Monday at the funeral chapel, with the Rev. Mark Martin officiating.
Burial will be in the Trinity Lutheran Church Cemetery in Egypt Mills.
