SIKESTON -- Edgar L. Grace, 66, of Sikeston died Friday, Nov. 6, 1998, at his home.
He was born Aug. 2, 1932, at Essex, son of Earl Grace and Leora Ross Tanner. He and Shirley Kidd were married April 14, 1959, at Blodgett.
Grace was a mechanic at Fabick Brothers Equipment Co., retiring in 1993. He was a member of Elks Lodge 2319.
Survivors include his wife; three sons, Bill Livingston of Harrison, Ark., Terry Grace of Sikeston, Tommy Grace of Kennett; three brothers, James Tanner of Sikeston, Odis Tanner of Chattanooga, Tenn., and Preston Tanner of Phoenix, Ariz..
Also surviving are four sisters, Rose Hill of Dexter, Samantha Thomann of Sikeston, Carolyn Wilson and Debbie Atkins of Doniphan; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a son, four brothers, and three sisters.
Friends may call at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel from 5-8 p.m. today.
Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at the chapel, with Pat Hogan officiating. Burial will be in Blodgett Cemetery at Blodgett.
