Eda M. Fassold, 97, of Kansas City died Tuesday, April 10, 2001, at Kingswood Health Center in Kansas City.
She was born Jan. 19, 1904, in Cape Girardeau, daughter of William and Carolyn Huey Heise. She married Louis C. Fassold, who died Nov. 11, 1990.
Fassold had been a salesclerk at Famous-Barr. She lived in Kansas City about 10 years, and was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Mission, Kan.
Survivors include a son, Conrad Fassold of Merriam, Kan.; a sister, Eva Vogel of Cape Girardeau; four grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
Friends may call at Amos Family Funeral Home in Shawnee, Kan., from 4-6:30 p.m. Friday.
Graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Our Redeemer Cemetery in St. Louis.
A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. Monday at Trinity Lutheran Church in Mission.
