ZALMA -- Doyle E. Randolph, 69, of Zalma died Wednesday, Oct. 28, 1998, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
He was born July 3, 1929, at Zalma, son of Alva and Lillie Pittman Randolph. He and Nancy Faye Talley were married Feb. 1, 1964, in Wood River, Ill.
Randolph retired from Laclede Steel in Alton, Ill., where he worked 38 years. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War.
Survivors include his wife; a son, Stephen Randolph of Hartford, Ill.; two daughters, Terri Shetley of Bethalto, Ill., Pam Buchanan of Brighton, Ill.; two stepsons, Glen McAninch of Fullerton, Calif., William McAninch of Manteca, Calif.; a stepdaughter, Margie Hughes of Fullerton; two brothers, Dale Randolph of Advance, Avery Randolph of Wood River; a sister, Ruby Cavaner of Cape Girardeau; and 15 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a son and a sister.
Friends may call at Morgan Funeral Home in Advance from 4-7 p.m. Friday.
Funeral will be at 9 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Rudy Pittman officiating. Committal service and burial will be at 2 p.m. at Wanda Cemetery in South Roxana, Ill.
