MARBLE HILL, Mo. -- Dorothy Marie Tucker, 72, of Marble Hill died Wednesday, Oct. 22, 2003, at her home.
She was born May 7, 1931, at Kennett, Mo., daughter of Henry Clay and Mary Edith Buchanon Baker. She and James William Tucker were married Feb. 25, 1961. He died Feb. 6, 2002.
Tucker had worked at International Hat Co. in Piedmont, Mo. She was a member of Point Pleasant General Baptist Church.
Survivors include two daughters, Caroletta Pryor of Marble Hill, Margarett Sweaney of Holcomb, Mo.; two brothers, Thomas Baker and Henry Baker Jr. of Benton Harbor, Mich.; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters.
Friends may call at Liley Funeral Home in Marble Hill from 4 to 8 p.m. today.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home, with the Rev. James Littles officiating. Burial will be in Point Pleasant Cemetery near Marble Hill.
