EAST PRAIRIE -- Funeral service for Dorothy Sue Taylor of East Prairie will be held at 1 p.m. today at Shelby Funeral Chapel in East Prairie. Jimmy Allen will officiate, with burial in Oak Grove Cemetery near Charleston.

Friends may call at the funeral home after 11 a.m. today.

Taylor, 50, died Sunday, Dec. 29, 1996, at her home.

She was born April 4, 1946, in the Barnes Ridge community near East Prairie, daughter of Benny Earl and Leona Wilson Busby. She and Russell Taylor were married in 1993.

Survivors include her husband; three brothers, Charles Mills of East Prairie, Oscar and Ronnie Busby of Bertrand; two sisters, Mildred Ritch of Bertrand, and Linda Busby of East Prairie.

She was preceded in death by a sister.
