ADVANCE -- Dorothy Lee Masters, 83, of Advance, died Saturday, July 16, 1994, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.
She was born Feb. 11, 1911, at Williamsville, daughter of John and Martha Cowan Mosier.
She married the Rev. Henry Masters, Dec. 23, 1945, at Jonesboro, Ark. He died Jan. 21, 1992.
Survivors include two sons, Rodney Absheer of St. Charles, Ernie Absheer of Boonville; a stepson, Harold Masters of Advance; four stepdaughters, Colleen Jordan of Huntsville, Ala., Patty L. McClure of Wentzville, Joan Masters of the state of Florida, Henrietta Boyd of Warrenton; three brothers, Vere Mosier and DeWitt Mosier, both of Williamsville; Woody Mosier of the state of Florida; Daisy Hooper of the state of Arkansas; Opal Freese of Williamsville; 20 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by three brothers and two sisters.
Friends may call from 6-9 p.m. today at the Morgan Funeral Chapel in Advance.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Virgil Bunch and the Rev. Ronnie Mosier officiating.
Burial will follow in Morgan Memorial Park Cemetery in Advance.
