JACKSON -- Dorothy L. Howard, 71, of Millersville, died Sunday, Feb. 21, 1993, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
She was born Sept. 1, 1921, in Crump, Mo., daughter of Luther and Carrie Chenoweth Andrews.
She married to John E. Howard on July 24, 1943.
Howard worked out of her home as a beautician from 1950 until she retired in 1989.
She was member of New McKendree United Methodist Church in Jackson.
Survivors include her husband, a brother, Dayton Andrews of Cardova, Tenn.; two sisters, Wilma Davenport of St. Louis, Opal Garrett of Kansas City, Mo.; three nieces and two nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters.
Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. today at the McCombs Funeral Home in Jackson.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the McCombs Funeral Home with the Rev. Otto Steinhaus and the Rev. Earnest Garrett officiating.
Burial will follow in Russell Heights Cemetery in Jackson.
