Dorothy Kelley

JONESBORO, Ill. -- Funeral for Dorothy B. Kelley of Jonesboro will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at First Baptist Church. The Rev. Joe Aldridge will officiate. Burial will be in Jonesboro Cemetery.

Friends may call at Crain Funeral Home in Anna, Ill., from 5 to 8 p.m. today, and Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 1:15 p.m.

Kelley, 75, died Monday, May 6, 2002, at her home.

She was born April 30, 1927, daughter of Roy Jasper and Imogene Byrd Boyd. She and Orin L. Kelley were married Dec. 25, 1946.

Kelley was a bookkeeper at Whitney Accounting from 1958 to 1992. She was a lifelong member of First Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband; a son, Michael Kelley of Buncombe, Ill.; two daughters, Sue Smith of Anna, Patricia Mansfield of Green River, Wyo.; a brother, Richard Boyd of Ashburn, Va.; a stepbrother, Rolla Baker of Cobden, Ill.; six grandchildren; two stepgrandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters, and a stepbrother.
