ADVANCE -- Funeral service for Dorothy Evelyn Friedrich of Burley, Idaho, will be held at 2 p.m. today at Calvary Baptist Church in Burley. The Rev. John Ramey will officiate, with burial in Pleasant View Cemetery in Burley.

Payne Mortuary in Burley is in charge of arrangements.

Friedrich, 74, died Friday, March 4, 1994, at Magic Valley Regional Medical Center in Twin Falls, Idaho.

She was born May 27, 1919, near Bell City, daughter of John A. and Gladys G. McDaniel Lawrence. She and Lawrence Friedrich were married Dec. 16, 1936, at Benton.

The Friedrichs moved to Burley in 1959. She had worked at Shelby's Wash and Dry Laundromat and at Burley Care Center.

Survivors include her husband; two sons, Don Friedrich of Burley, Ralph Friedrich of Declo, Idaho; four daughters, Kathleen Dick, Doneva Sayler and Brenda Bettis of Burley, Wanda Powers of Sparks, Nev.; three brothers, Charles Lawrence of Boise, Idaho, James Lawrence of Advance, Ivan Lawrence of Bloomfield; 14 grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by three brothers, two sisters and a grandson.
