SIKESTON -- Dorothy G. Danner, 77, of Sikeston died Saturday, May 25, 1996, at her home.

She was born Feb. 23, 1919, at East Prairie to the late Guy and Maude Barker Glover.

Danner was a teacher's aide for many years at Lee Hunter Elementary School and was a member of the First Baptist Church in Sikeston.

She married Fred L. Danner Dec. 24, 1945. He survives.

Other survivors are a son, Gregory Danner of Cookeville, Tenn., and two grandchildren. She was preceded in death by three sisters.

Friends may call after 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Nunnelee Funeral Chapel in Sikeston. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral chapel, with the Rev. Billie Fair officiating. Burial will be in Garden of Memories Cemetery of Sikeston.
