PERRYVILLE, Mo. -- Dorothea H. Rudert, 81, of Perryville died Thursday, Jan. 29, 2004, at Gulf Coast Hospital in Fort Myers, Fla.
She was born April 2, 1922, in Cape Girardeau, daughter of Clarence and Emma Koch Hunze. She and Raymond A. Rudert were married Aug. 25, 1946.
Rudert was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church and American Legion Auxiliary Post 133.
Survivors include her husband; a son, David Rudert of Perryville; two daughters, Betty Clifton of Arnold, Mo., Sharon Seabaugh of Barnhart, Mo.; and five grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a sister.
Friends may call at Young and Sons Funeral Home from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday, and Tuesday from 6:30 to 8:30 a.m.
The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Immanuel Lutheran Church, with the Rev. Craig Otto officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
