PARMA -- Doris Wheeler, 63, of Parma, died Tuesday, March 26, 1996, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston.
She was born Sept. 8, 1932, in Memphis, Tenn., daughter of Cecil and Lillie Mae Smith Williams. She and Isaac Wheeler were married May 29, 1973, at Bloomfield.
Wheeler had lived in Parma 40 years. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Catron.
Survivors include her husband; three sons, Larry Williams of Sikeston, Marcellus Howell of Muskegon, Mich., James Howell of Parma; five daughters, Carolyn Wynn and Wannetta Glispie of Sikeston, Gloria Moore of Lilbourn, Sharon Winfield and Denise Wheeler of Parma; a brother, Lawrence Williams of Lansing, Mich.; numerous grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son, brother and sister.
Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Community Building in Parma, with the Rev. Lawrence Beane officiating. Burial will be in Simmons Cemetery at Catron.
Friends may call at the Community Building Saturday from 11 a.m. to service time.
