DONALD DICKERSON

TAMMS, Ill. -- Donald Dickerson, 50, of Miller City, Ill., died Saturday, Nov. 4, 2000, at Daystar Care Center in Cairo, Ill.

He was born Oct. 7, 1950, at Cairo, son of Luther and Carrie Lessar Dickerson. He was married to Patricia Seals. He was a member of Lake Milligan Baptist Church at Miller City and had worked as a farmer.

Survivors include his wife, of Miller City; one son, Donald Dickerson of Vienna, Ill.; two daughters, Tina Sims of Miller City and Donna Kearney of Washington, D.C.; two brothers, Jim Dickerson of Anna, Ill., and Tim Dickerson of Olive Branch, Ill.; and five grandchildren.

Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. Monday at Crain Funeral Home in Tamms.

Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Verlee Eaker officiating. Interment will be at St. John's Cemetery.
