EAST PRAIRIE - Doll Brown, 75, of East Prairie, died Saturday, July 11, 1992 at the East Prairie Nursing Center. He was born Feb. 7, 1917 in James Bayou, Mississippi County, Mo., the son of William T. and Nina Williams Brown. EAST PRAIRIE - Doll Brown, 75, of East Prairie, died Saturday, July 11, 1992 at the East Prairie Nursing Center.

He was born Feb. 7, 1917 in James Bayou, Mississippi County, Mo., the son of William T. and Nina Williams Brown.

He was a lifelong resident of Mississippi County, where he was a retired farmer and of the Protestant faith. On Feb. 27, 1952 he married Mildred Inez Sisk Brown, who survives.

Other survivors include: one son, Allen Brown of Booneville, Miss.; four daughters, Delores Miller of Waterproof, La., LaDonna Davis of Sikeston, Janet Lloyd of Lowell, Ind., and Karen Jones of East Prairie; two brothers, Charles Brown of West Alton, Mo., and J.D. Brown of Uxbridge, Mass.; one sister, Voner Dunn of East Prairie; 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

Friends may call after 5:30 p.m. today at the Shelby Funeral Home in East Prairie.

The funeral service will be conducted Monday at 1 p.m. in the Shelby Chapel with Bro. Richard Farquhar, pastor of the Freewill Baptist Church in East Prairie, officiating. Burial will follow in Anniston.
