DIXIE LEE LIENEKE

Dixie Lee Lieneke, age 60, of Jackson, passed away Tuesday, June 22, 1999 at her home, following a lengthy illness.

She was born September 19, 1938 in Chaffee, Missouri, the daughter of Ted and Delores K. Miller Handley. She and Clarence "Fred" Lieneke were married May 10, 1958 in St. Louis, Missouri. Mr. Lieneke survives.

Other survivors include 1 son and daughter-in-law, Tim and Verla Lieneke of Arnold, Missouri and 3 step-grandchildren, Scott, Adrianne and Travis Dickerson of Arnold, Missouri.

Mrs. Lieneke left Boatmen's Bank in St. Louis in 1969, after 12 years of employment. She was a current member of the Cape Rock Chapter #60 Order of the Eastern Star. She was a Past Worthy Matron and former Secretary. She and Mr. Lieneke were actively involved with the Jackson DeMolay. She was also Past President of the Mother's Club.

Friends may call at the McCombs Funeral Home in Jackson on Thursday, June 24th, beginning at 4:00 p.m. Visitation will conclude with an Eastern Star service beginning at 8:00 p.m.

Funeral Services will be Friday, June 25th at 10:00 a.m. at the McCombs Funeral Chapel in Jackson. Rev. Larry Gray will officiate. Interment will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens on Gravois Road in St. Louis, Missouri.

Contributions in memory of Mrs. Lieneke may be made to "Eastern Star Cancer Research."
