SIKESTON, Mo. -- Denver E. Graham, 86, of Sikeston died Friday, Sept. 10, 2004, at Missouri Delta Medical Center.
He was born Oct. 29, 1917, in Watts, Ark., son of J.J. and Danner Copeland Graham. He and Opal Geeham were married Dec. 10, 1966, at Morley, Mo. She died Feb. 16, 1990.
Graham had been a custodian at Sikeston School District and also farmed. He was a member of House of Prayer in Grant City, Mo.
He served in the U.S. Army during World War II.
Survivors include two brothers, Dempsey Graham of Morley, J.R. Graham of Memphis, Tenn.; two sisters, Berlean Cody of Perry, Ark., and DeLois Goetz of Sikeston.
Friends may call at Blanchard Funeral Chapel from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday.
The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the chapel, with the Revs. Robert Burnes and Curtis True officiating. Burial will be in Dogwood Cemetery at Dogwood, Mo.
