ZALMA, Mo. -- Dennis Mac Rollins, 60, of Zalma died Tuesday, April 11, 2006, at his home.
He was born June 6, 1945, at Caruthersville, Mo., son of Luther and Velma Garrett Rollins. He and Helen Gould were married Nov. 7, 1987, at Zalma.
Rollins was a self-employed heavy equipment operator.
He was a U.S.Army veteran of the Vietnam War.
Survivors include his wife; a son, Dennis Rollins of Australia; a daughter, LaVonna Crawford of Steele, Mo.; his mother of Steele; a stepson, Sgt. 1st Class Paul Gould of Clarksville, Tenn.; three stepdaughters, Monica Ladeau of Jonesboro, Ark., Marla Sitz of Zalma, Tracy Taylor of Advance; 10 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father, a grandson and a brother.
Friends may call at Morgan Funeral Home in Advance from 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday.
The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Monday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Ray Placher officiating. Burial will be in Mount Zion Cemetery at Steele, with full military rites to be conducted.
