Dennis J. Reimann, 50, of Cape Girardeau passed away Thursday, Dec. 1, 2005, at Southeast Missouri Hospital. He was born on Oct. 24, 1955, at Cape Girardeau, son of Ernest O. and Lillian Lowes Reimann. Reimann was baptized and confirmed at Trinity Lutheran Church in Egypt Mills. Dennis J. Reimann, 50, of Cape Girardeau passed away Thursday, Dec. 1, 2005, at Southeast Missouri Hospital.

He was born on Oct. 24, 1955, at Cape Girardeau, son of Ernest O. and Lillian Lowes Reimann.

Reimann was baptized and confirmed at Trinity Lutheran Church in Egypt Mills. He was a 1973 graduate of the former College High School in Cape Girardeau.

He worked for the former Superior Electric and Bunny Bread, both in Cape Girardeau, and then returned to farming.

Loving survivors include his parents of Egypt Mills; two sisters, Janet Philipps and husband Julius of Jackson, Sharon Pierce and husband Roger of Cape Girardeau; five nieces, Sandra Barr, Carolyn Wood, Joan Windeknecht, June Craigmiles, Jennifer Bisher; and a nephew, Steven Philipps.

Friends may call Saturday, Dec. 3, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at McCombs Funeral Home in Cape Girardeau. Sunday calling hours are as follows: 8:30 a.m. to noon at the funeral home, and after 1 p.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church in Egypt Mills.

Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 4, at the church with the Rev. Kevin Olsen officiating.

Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Expressions of sympathy make take the form of contributions to Trinity Lutheran Building Fund or Bereavement Fund.
