ST. LOUIS -- Delphine E. Longinette, 79, of St. Louis, formerly of Cape Girardeau, died Friday, March 15, 2002, at Missouri Baptist Hospital.

She was born Dec. 24, 1922, in Cape Girardeau, daughter of Joseph and Pauline Seyer.

She was married to Louis V. Longinette, who preceded her in death.

Until her retirement, she had been a secretary for Brown Shoe Company.

Survivors include three daughters, Jean Roark of St. Louis, Linda Arras of Florissant, Mo., Nancy Eichemier of Kirksville, Mo.; a son, Steve Longinette of St. Peters, Mo.; three granddaughters; and six grandsons.

Other survivors include a sister, Irma Lappe, and five brothers, Mark Seyer, Oscar Seyer, Vincent Seyer, Rev. James Seyer and Joseph Seyer, all of Cape Girardeau.

Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today at Baue Funeral and Memorial Center Chapel in St. Charles, Mo.

Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be in St. Charles Memorial Gardens.
