JONESBORO, Ill. -- Delores Junes Smithey, 65, of Jonesboro died Monday, Nov. 27, 2000, at Union County Hospital in Anna. She was born Sept. 26, 1935, daughter of Enos and Edna Crate Miller. She married Raymond "Bob" Smithey. He survives. She attended Methodist and Baptist churches in Union County. She had worked as an inspector at the Florsheim Shoe Co. in Anna and as a dispatcher for the Union County sheriff's office...

JONESBORO, Ill. -- Delores Junes Smithey, 65, of Jonesboro died Monday, Nov. 27, 2000, at Union County Hospital in Anna.

She was born Sept. 26, 1935, daughter of Enos and Edna Crate Miller. She married Raymond "Bob" Smithey. He survives.

She attended Methodist and Baptist churches in Union County. She had worked as an inspector at the Florsheim Shoe Co. in Anna and as a dispatcher for the Union County sheriff's office.

She also is survived by a daughter, Judy Dillow of England, Ark.; and by two granddaughters.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. today at Lutz & Rendleman Funeral Home in Anna.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, with the Rev. John Cripps officiating.

Burial will be at the Jonesboro Cemetery.
