DELORES CASPER

PEORIA, Ill. -- Delores H. Casper, 70, of Peoria died Sunday, Jan. 24, 1999, at St. Louis University Hospital.

She was born July 7, 1928, in Rosiclare, daughter of Fred and Elizabeth Volkert Humm. She and Ken Casper were married Feb. 21, 1953, in East Alton.

Casper had been a secretary at Leson Steinberg and Co.

She was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, American Business Women's Association, Proctor Hospital Service League Auxiliary, and member and former president of American Legion Auxiliary.

Survivors include her husband; a son, Donald Casper of Merrillville, Ind.; three daughters, Pamela Howe of Peoria, Sandra Day of Salem, Mo., Beverly Spivey of Herod; six grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.

Friends may call at Wright and Salmon Mortuary in Peoria from 5-8 p.m. today, and at St. Vincent Church after 9:30 a.m. Thursday.

Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at the church. Burial will be in Resurrection Cemetery.
