Dellus E. Minson, 76, of Cape Girardeau died Saturday, March 25, 2000, at his home. He was born Nov. 28, 1923 at Cascade, son of Fred and Elsie Minson. He was united in marriage to Helen Clark on Dec. 15, 1945. Dellus served in the United States Army in Korea and later worked as a barber for many years in the Cape Girardeau area. Dellus E. Minson, 76, of Cape Girardeau died Saturday, March 25, 2000, at his home.

He was born Nov. 28, 1923 at Cascade, son of Fred and Elsie Minson. He was united in marriage to Helen Clark on Dec. 15, 1945.

Dellus served in the United States Army in Korea and later worked as a barber for many years in the Cape Girardeau area. He was a member of the Third Street Methodist church at Cape Girardeau.

Surviving are his wife, Helen; a son, Roger C. Minson of Johannesburg, South Africa; a brother, Wayne Minson of Murray, Ky.; a sister, Nina Dees of Arnold; and a grandchild, Kelly Minson of Johannesburg.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Visitation for Dellus E. Minson will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Ruegg Funeral Homes at Greenville.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Interment will be in the Greenville Cemetery at Greenville.
