BLOOMFIELD -- Delena Luiza Mayberry, 91, of Bloomfield, died Thursday, March 2, 1995, at Bloomfield Nursing Center.
She was born Sept. 11, 1903, at Essex, daughter of Dolph and Martha Curd Robey. She and Albert N. Mayberry were married Dec. 25, 1919. He died May 15, 1966.
Mayberry moved to the Aid community in 1949 from Michigan, and then to Bloomfield in 1973.
Survivors include a son, Raymond Mayberry of Silver Springs, Fla.; a sister, Loretta Scoggins of Elberton, Ga.; three grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a sister and seven brothers.
Friends may call at Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Dexter from 5-8 p.m. Sunday.
Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Monday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Estel Pruett officiating. Burial will be in Walker Cemetery near Bloomfield.
