DEXTER -- Dee B. Robinson, 87, of Dexter, died Monday, Aug. 15, 1994, at Dexter Nursing Center.
He was born Aug. 1, 1907, in Reyno, Ark., son of John T. and Hattie Belle Graham Robinson. He and Mary Grace Carter were married June 6, 1928, in Knobel, Ark.
Robinson had a plumbing business in Dexter for a number of years, and then was a pipefitter with Ford Motor Co. in Monroe, Mich. He retired in 1970 and moved back to Dexter.
He was a member of the Barney Martin Bowling League and had won three gold medals and a silver medal in the Senior Olympics.
Survivors include his wife; two sons, Carter Robinson of Cullman, Ala., Jamie Robinson of Dexter; three daughters, Mary Blankenship and Ann Smyth of Dexter, June Horton of Baton Rouge, La.; 13 grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren.
Friends may call at Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Dexter from 5-7 p.m. today.
Funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Wayne Dismuke officiating. Burial will be in Dexter Cemetery.
