Debra Ann Graff, 61 of Scott City died Wednesday, May 29, 2019, at her home. She was born Feb. 28, 1958, in Cape Girardeau to Oral Francis and Julia Madeline Smith Noon.
She is survived by two sons, Cody Short and Wesley (Lori) Short of Scott City; a daughter, Courtney (Nathan) Arnzen of Scott City; a brother, Jim (Sally) Noon of Kelso, Missouri, and two sisters, Judy Kurtz and Pam (Jerry) Cummins, all of Scott City; and four grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Bill Noon.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday at the Amick-Burnett Chapel in Scott City.
Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the chapel, with the Rev. Tommy Miller officiating. Burial will be in Lightner Cemetery in Scott City.
