MARBLE HILL -- David Lee Cook Sr., 39, of Marble Hill, died Sunday, Jan. 1, 1995, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
He was born Oct. 10, 1955, in St. Louis, son of Hubert and Jeanette Jones Cook. He and Darlene Gromer were married Nov. 13, 1974.
Survivors include his wife; three sons, David Jr., William and Gaylord Cook of Marble Hill; two brothers, Carl Cook of St. Louis, James Stevenson of Atlanta, Ga.; two sisters, Betty Shipley of Chester, Ill., and Mary Mann of Lake Champlain, N.Y.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother.
Friends may call at Liley Funeral Home in Marble Hill after 5 p.m. today.
Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Gene Robbins officiating. Burial will be in Plainview Cemetery near here.
