DAVID E. WALLACE

JACKSON -- David Elmer Eugene Wallace, 57, of Azle, Texas, died Thursday, Jan. 12, 1995, at his home, following a lengthy illness.

He was born March 26, 1937, at Eunice, son of James and Alice Wallace.

Wallace had lived in Azle 15 years. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.

Survivors include his wife, Anna Lee; sons, David, Daryel and Willie Wallace of Tennessee, David Wallace Jr. of Azle; daughters, Jeanie, Devonda and Alice of Azle; four sisters, Laurene Abel and Mary Baker of Fetus, Jean Pulliam of Cape Girardeau, Gladys Ruiz of Tucson, Ariz.; a brother, Wilburn McBay of McLean, Va., and 16 grandchildren.

Funeral service was held at White's Funeral Home in Azle, with the Rev. Tim Hardee officiating. Burial was in Azleland Cemetery.
