CAIRO, ILL. -- Dathol Taylor, 85, of Cairo, died Wednesday, June 21, 1995, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

She was born Oct. 16, 1909, at Martin, Tenn., daughter of Richard and Alma Rabey Taylor.

Taylor was of the Baptist faith and was known for her candy-making.

Survivors are four cousins, Letha M. Hartline of Dongola, Laura May Cella of Wickliffe, Ky., Mabel Littell of Baton Rouge, La., and Lillian Coleman of Memphis, Tenn.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother.

Friends may call at Barkett Funeral Home in Cairo from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. today.

Graveside service will be at 10 a.m. Friday in Green Lawn Memorial Gardens at Villa Ridge, Ill.
