GLEN ALLEN, Mo. — Darryl Stratman, 70, of Glen Allen died Thursday, Jan. 19, 2023, at his home.
He was born June 19, 1952, in East St. Louis, Illinois, to Sheldon Stratman Jr. and Bernadine C. Stratman. He and Pamela Diane Stratman were married Oct. 27, 1976.

He served his country proudly in the United States Air Force.
Survivors include a son, Darryl Duane (Heather) Stratman Jr. of Glen Allen; daughter, Jeannie (Thomas Smith) James of Jackson; three granddaughters, Amber (Matthew Ford) James, Megan Moore and Natalie Smith; two grandsons, Dimitri James and Ty Stratman; two great-grandsons, Lucas Gregg and Westen Ford.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Pamela Diane Stratman; his father, Sheldon Stratman Jr.; mother, Bernadine C. Stratman; and two brothers, William Stratman and Sheldon Stratman III.
Friends may visit from 2 to 4 p.m. Friday, Jan. 27, at Ford and Liley Funeral Home in Marble Hill, Missouri.
Private burial will be held at a later date.
