SIKESTON, Mo. -- Graveside service for Danny Stacy of Sikeston will be held at 2 p.m. today at Matthews Cemetery. The Rev. Rodney Dunlap will officiate.

Ponder Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Stacy, 40, died Sunday, Aug. 26, 2001, at his home, following an extended illness.

He was born June 7, 1961, in Sikeston.

Stacy was a 1980 graduate of Sikeston High School. He was employed several years by Rowe Manufacturing in Morehouse, Mo., and was a volunteer fireman with Morehouse Fire Department until ill health force his retirement.

Survivors include his parents, Jean and Gorman Hartlein of Sikeston, Reggie and Elaine Corlew of Dallas, Texas; two brothers, Larry Miller and Kenny Hartlein of Sikeston; three sisters, Betty Staggs and Carolyn Hartlein of Sikeston, Gorma Hartlein of Nashville, Tenn.; and paternal grandmother, Naomi Corlew of Morehouse.

He was preceded in death by paternal grandfather and maternal grandparents.
