BERNIE, Mo. -- Danny Bennett, 60, of Bernie died Sunday, Sept. 3, 2000. He was born March 15, 1940, at Shook, Mo., son of Virgil Marvin and Annie Laurie Moring Bennett. He was a truck driver. BERNIE, Mo. -- Danny Bennett, 60, of Bernie died Sunday, Sept. 3, 2000.

He was born March 15, 1940, at Shook, Mo., son of Virgil Marvin and Annie Laurie Moring Bennett.

He was a truck driver.

Survivors include a brother, Connie Bennett of Bernie; sisters, Evelyn Holtzhouser and Deloris Norden, both of Bernie, and Carolyn "Tootsie" Buckley of Malden, Mo.

Friends may call from 6-8 p.m. today at Rainey Funeral Home in Bernie.

Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, with the Rev. John Knapp officiating. Burial will be in Bernie Cemetery.
