Bollwerk, 24, died Friday, March 12, 1999, at his home.

He was born Sept. 6, 1974, in St. Louis, son of Richard and Angela Bollwerk. He married the former Melissa Claxton.

Bollwerk was assistant manager at the Palace Theater. He was an accomplished artist and musician.

Survivors include his wife; his parents of Cape Girardeau; two brothers, Bradley and Ryan Bollwerk of Cape Girardeau; maternal grandparents, Frank and Audrey Bodlovic of Washington, Mo.; paternal grandparents, Leo Bollwerk of Arnold, Mary Bollwerk of St. Louis; and maternal great-grandmother, Lillian Bodlovic of St. Louis.
