ADVANCE -- Dale DeJournett, 56, of Advance died Saturday, April 26, 1997, at Southeast Missouri Hospital.
He was born Jan. 2, 1941, in Essex, the son of Clemmer and the late Reba Tedford DeJournett. He married Madeline Giles on March 3, 1963, in Cape Girardeau. She survives.
He retired as project manager at Commercial Construction Co.
In addition to his wife and father, he is survived by two sons, Todd and Matthew DeJournett, both of Advance; a daughter, Kristin DeJournett of Advance; and two sisters, Coleen Ezell of Dexter and Patricia Book of Cape Girardeau.
Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Morgan Funeral Home in Advance.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at United Methodist Church in Advance, with the Rev. James Brice officiating. Interment will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery near Advance.
