SIKESTON -- Daisy Baker, 86, of Sikeston, died Thursday, Nov. 4, 1993, at Missouri Delta Medical Center. She was born Nov. 9, 1906, in Augusta, Ark., daughter of John and Betty Banks Artis. Survivors include two sons, Elijah & L.C. Robinson of Kansas City, Kan.; two sisters, Hezzie Bowden and Lizzie Cason of Sikeston; several grandchildren, and great-grandchildren...

SIKESTON -- Daisy Baker, 86, of Sikeston, died Thursday, Nov. 4, 1993, at Missouri Delta Medical Center.

She was born Nov. 9, 1906, in Augusta, Ark., daughter of John and Betty Banks Artis.

Survivors include two sons, Elijah & L.C. Robinson of Kansas City, Kan.; two sisters, Hezzie Bowden and Lizzie Cason of Sikeston; several grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

Funeral service will be at noon Monday at Travelers Rest Missionary Baptist Church. Pastor Sylvester Morgan and Nathaniel Green will officiate, with burial in Sunset of Memories Cemetery.

Friends may call at Williams-Farr and Purnell Funeral Home from 6-7 p.m. Sunday.
