JACKSON -- Cynthia Janene Givens Rutledge, 42, of Pine Cliff, N.C., formerly of Jackson, died Tuesday, Aug. 27, 1996, at Richmond Community Hospital in Richmond, Va.

She was born Aug. 11, 1954, in Cape Girardeau, daughter of Jack and Janene Wampler Givens.

Survivors include two daughters, Kirsten Rutledge of Dallas, Texas, Sarah Ward of Atlanta, Ga.; her parents of Jackson; a brother, Mike Givens of Cape Girardeau; two sisters, JoAnna Mitchell of Springfield, and Tara Givens of Cleveland, Tenn.

She was preceded in death by a son.

Friends may call at McCombs Funeral Home in Jackson from 4-8 p.m. today.

Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home, with the Rev. C.J. Campbell officiating. Burial will be in Crump Cemetery at Crump.
