Cynthia Gale Hahn, 55, of Cape Girardeau passed away Tuesday, June 20, 2017, at her home, surrounded by her family and friends.
Cynthia was born Dec. 7, 1961, in Cape Girardeau. She was the only child of J.D. and Opal Hahn. They preceded her in death.
She is survived by "Unk" Jim and Linda Sperling, Larry and Faye Hahn, Johnny and Joanne Hahn, Lisa Reitzel and other family and friends.
Cynthia attended school at State School No. 41 at Marble Hill, Missouri.
On May 1, 2009, Cynthia became a part of the Crossroads ISL Family. Cynthia was well known and loved by all who came in contact with her. Cynthia had an unforgettable personality, and all who met her were drawn to her. She loved going places -- "drive," as she would say; going to the zoo and to the park to see the ducks. She loved to sing and dance.
One of her favorite things was to go get a sweet tea, a "44" or "60," as she would ask for.
When she loved someone, she would always blow a kiss to that person. Cynthia was loved by many.
The celebration of her life will be held on Friday at Ford and Sons Funeral Home-Jackson from 10 a.m. until the service at noon. Cynthia will be laid to rest at Russell Heights Cemetery in Jackson.
Memorial donations may be given to the American Cancer Society.
Online condolences may be shared at www.fordandsonsfuneralhome.com.
