MARBLE HILL -- Cynthia Ganell Head, 81, of Grassy died Saturday, May 20, 2000, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
She was born March 1, 1919, at Oil Trough, Ark., daughter of Sterling E. and Laura Grace Mayhue Moore.
She and Dexter Head were married on April 14, 1938.
She was a member of the Millers Chapel Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband; a daughter, Georgia Laxton of Grassy; eight grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.
Preceding her in n death was a daughter, two brothers, two sisters and two grandsons.
Friends may call today from 3-7 p.m. at Liley Funeral Home Chapel in Marble Hill.
Funeral will be held Monday at 2 p.m. at the funeral home, with the Rev. Ray Meek officiating. Interment will be in Union Hill Cemetery near Zalma.
