PERRYVILLE -- Curtis Dean Thorn Jr., 9 days old, died Saturday Aug. 7, 1993 at Children's Hospital in St. Louis.
He was born July 29, 1993 in Perryville, and is survived by his mother, Amy Hodge of Perryville, and father Curtis D. Thorn Sr. of Cape Girardeau.

Also surviving is his paternal grandmother Susan Stovall of Chaffee and maternal grandmother, Mrs. E.E. Hodge of Cape Girardeau.
Graveside funeral service will be held Monday Aug. 16 at Russell Heights Cemetery in Jackson.
Ford and Sons Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
