Coy Vetter

Coy Vetter, son of the late Lawrence "Buddy" Vetter and Mary Biri Vetter was born Feb. 27, 1964, in Cape Girardeau and departed this life Tuesday, Dec. 22, 2020, at his home in Commerce, Missouri, at the age of 56.

On Feb. 25, 1995, he was united in marriage to Lori Ann Knight in Commerce. She survives of the home in Commerce.

Vetter was an employee of Buzzi Cement Manufacturing in Cape Girardeau and was a member of the 1104 Local Labor Union and United Steel Workers (USW) union.

Besides his wife, other survivors include sons, Zachary (Karrie) Vetter of Oran, Missouri, and Cameron Vetter of Commerce; granddaughter, Clara Vetter of Oran; and brother, Fred Vetter of Commerce.

A celebration of life memorial will be held at a later date by the family.

Arrangements conducted by the Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Scott City.
