Cory Franklin Davie, 28, of Jackson died Friday, Oct. 16, 2015, at Southeast Hospital.
He was born Feb. 5, 1987, in Cape Girardeau to Robert L. and Kimberly J. Kelly Davie.
He was confirmed at St. Paul Lutheran Church. He graduated from St. Paul Lutheran School and Jackson High School. He attended Southeast Missouri State University and graduated from Three Rivers Community College in Poplar Bluff, Missouri, receiving his bachelor's degree.
Cory was a salesman at Coad Toyota in Cape Girardeau.
Survivors include his parents, Robert L. and Kimberly J. Davie of Jackson; brother, Casey L. Davie of Jackson; and paternal grandfather, Alvin L. Davie of Jackson.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents and paternal grandmother.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday at Ford and Sons Mount Auburn Funeral Home in Cape Girardeau.
Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Ford and Sons Mount Auburn Funeral Home.
Burial will be at Cape County Memorial Park Cemetery in Cape Girardeau.
Memorial contributions may be given to the Family Counseling Center Foundation.
