Constance Hill
Constance Hill, 72, passed away Friday, Sept. 26, 2008, at the Lutheran Home in Cape Girardeau, where she had lived the past two years.
She was born April 22, 1936, in Fettercairn, Scotland, to Alexander and Mary Jane Warden Laing. She and Paul E. Hill were married Dec. 23, 1967, in Fettercairn.
Constance was employed as a clerk in the exchange on the U.S. Naval Military Base in Edcell, Scotland.
Loving survivors include her husband of Jackson; a son, Kevin (Jennifer) Hill of Edmond, Okla.; a daughter, Pamela (Jeremy) Barnes of Jackson; six grandchildren, Katelyn, Brittany and Jackson Hill, Taylor, Emma and Matthew Barnes; and a brother, Sandy Laing of Scotland.
Inurnment will be private at Arlington National Columbarium Courtyard in Arlington, Va.
The family suggests memorials to the Alzheimer's Association.
