ADVANCE, Mo. -- Conrad Ward, 56, of Advance died Thursday, April 12, 2007, at Barnes Hospital in St. Louis.
He was born Jan. 13, 1951, in Cape Girardeau, son of Carl and Trella Pape Ward. He and Marsha Beal were married July 4, 1970, at Brownwood, Mo.
Ward was a 1969 graduate of Zalma High School. He was retired from the Missouri Department of Transportation. He was a member of Brush Creek Missionary Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Gracci Ward of Advance; his father of Marble Hill, Mo.; two sisters, Regina Smith of Fruitland and Janet Finn of Marble Hill.
He was preceded in death by his mother.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Morgan Funeral Home.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home, with Brad Moore and Bill Sargent officiating. Burial will be in Berrong Cemetery at Gipsy, Mo.
