COMFORT RUTH YOUNT BARRET

MARBLE HILL -- Comfort Ruth Yount Barrett, 81, of Sherwood, Ark., died Friday, Sept. 24, 1993, at North Little Rock, Ark.

She was born May 14, 1912, at Marble Hill, daughter of the Rev. Lee and Sadie Jones Yount.

She married John Barrett. He died March 13, 1972.

Barrett was a retired piano teacher.

She was a member of the First Assembly of God Church in North Little Rock.

Survivors include two sons, John Barrett of Sierra Vista, Ariz., Steve Barrett of North Little Rock; a daughter, Diane Morrison of Sherwood; a sister, Fern Seabaugh of Jackson; six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and a son.

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at the North Little Rock Funeral Chapel, with the Rev. Don Miller officiating.

Friends may call after 6 p.m. Monday at the Baker Funeral Home in Marble Hill.

Graveside funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, in Hahns Chapel Cemetery in Marble Hill, with the Rev. Ruben Barrett officiating.
