The infant, eight weeks old, died Tuesday, Feb. 16, 1993, at Children's Hospital in St. Louis, Mo.

He was born Dec. 22, 1992, in Carbondale, son of Lorie Ann Morris of Mound City and Blake Adams of Stevensville, Mont.

Survivors include his parents; a brother, Dillon Morris of Mound City; maternal grandmother and stepgrandfather, Linda and Ricky Patrick of Mound City, and maternal grandfather, Donald Jones of Cache.
