DEXTER, Mo. - Cleo Alvin Mossman, 77, of Dexter died Nov. 15, 2001, at Missouri Southern Healthcare in Dexter.
He was born Feb. 26, 1924, in Puxico, Mo., son of Heber and Millie Fagan Mossman.
He and Sarah Marie Estes were married March 5, 1943, at Dexter.
He was a member of the First Church of God in Dexter and a former automobile mechanic in the San Francisco Bay, Calif., area for 40 years.
Survivors include his wife; a brother, the Rev. Thomas Mossman of Poplar Bluff, Mo.; two sisters, Mayme Spangler of Roseburg, Ore., and Thelma Brown of Dexter; two half brothers, W.J. Lowe of Piedmont, Mo., and Claude Lowe of Puxico; and a half sister, Josetta Brown of Clinton, Penn.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, a sister, a half brother and half sister.
Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. today at Rainey Funeral Home in Dexter.
Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home, with Rev. Rick Patterson officiating. Burial will be in Hagy Cemetery.
