SIKESTON, Mo. -- Pearl Claudette Holden, 67, of Springfield, Mo., died Tuesday, Feb. 1, 2005, at St. John's Hospital in Springfield.
She was born June 24, 1937, daughter of James and Velma Mays Davenport. She and Paul Holden were married Oct. 5, 1952, in Arkansas.
Formerly of Sikeston, she lived in Springfield since 1977. She worked at Terra Cotta Creations.
Survivors include a son, Clark Holden of Springfield; four daughters, Paula Humphries of Nixa, Mo., Paulette Holden and Velma McCann of St. Charles, Mo., Connie Jones of Memphis, Tenn.; three sisters, Sue Davis of Alma, Ill., Fern Moss of Cape Girardeau, Emily Davenport of Springfield; 16 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and a son.
Friends may call at Ponder Funeral Home in Sikeston from 6 to 8 p.m. today.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Friday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Marvin Butrum officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery in Sikeston.
