Clarence F. Diamond, 84, of 417 Albert in Cape Girardeau died Sunday, May 2, 1993, at his home.
He was born Dec. 12, 1908, in Perry County, the son of Theodore and Martha Cook Diamond. On Oct. 15, 1927, he married Agnes E. Glueck, who preceded him in death May 12, 1977.
He was a printer for the Missouri Printing and Lito Company for 54 years, retiring in 1981. He also was an honorary life member of the International Printing and Graphic Commications Union. He was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Cape Girardeau.
Survivors include a daughter, Martha Lukefahr of Millersville; a sister, Irene Stewart of Perryville; two grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and one great, great-grandchild.
He also was preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters.
Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. today at Ford and Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel in Cape Girardeau, where funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday. The Rev. Charles Grant will officiate, and burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery in Cape Girardeau.
