CLARA REYNOLDS

ORAN, Mo. -- Clara Rose Reynolds, 87, of Oran died Sunday, Jan. 7, 2001, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.

She was born Dec. 26, 1913, at New Hamburg, Mo., daughter of Louis and Louise Gosche Dannenmueller. She and Gordon A. Reynolds were married Feb. 9, 1941. He died Aug. 30, 1977.

Reynolds was a member of Guardian Angel Catholic Church and its St. Ann Sodality, Ladies Auxiliary to VFW Post 5368 at Morley, Mo., Oran Senior Citizens, and KC-Etts of Knights of Columbus Council 4311.

Survivors include a daughter, Margaret Jackson of Cookson, Okla.; a brother, Raymond Dannenmueller of Jackson, Mo.; three grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by six brothers and a sister.

Friends may call at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Oran after 5 p.m. today. Knights of Columbus prayers will be at 6:30, followed by parish prayers at 7.

Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Guardian Angel Church, with the Rev. Lewis Hejna officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
